Bugsy from The Backpack Boyz and 5points LA via The Cannon Co made an appearance on 2/11/2020, with no Testing info on the bag. I received it as a gift, and have seen 8ths go for prices of $40-50 out the door at Seshes. Having it on my watchlist for quite some time, I was excited to see it in my sample pack.

The nugs are incredibly dense, boasting a dazzling mix of lime greens and purplish hues that further accentuate the bud’s structure. Strewn among these are orange pistils and a bevy of triches, yellow-white in hue and reminiscent of snowdrifts. Altogether, these give the entire bud a inviting and fuzzy glow.

I found the inhale of the joint to be quite smooth, with a minty hash flavor, while the bong added an earthy floral taste and a subtle hint of mint. Exhaling produced a sweet minty cream that lingered with a mentholated aftertaste. When using my MV1 vaporizer from Ghost Vapes, mint was the strongest taste, accompanied by a floral undertone.

The high from Bugsy Backpack Boyz Strain began almost instantly, providing a thwap to the forehead and a feeling of relaxation throughout the body. Although not completely sedating, it can easily bring you into a tranquil state after a long day. I believe Bugsy is an excellent option for an afternoon or evening smoke and the price I’ve seen it available for makes it a good value.
