Bumpy Backpack boyz Weed 3.5G Cannabis
Nicknamed ‘Bumpy by the Backpack Boyz’, this slightly indica dominant hybrid strain (60% indica/40% sativa) is created by crossing two powerful strains – Ice Cream Cake and Kush Mints. This hybrid is named for the robustness of its effects – in no time at all you’ll be blissfully knocked out.
I took a dry pull of Bumpy, the slightly indica-dominant hybrid created from crossing the Ice Cream Cake and Kush Mints strains. Immediately, my pallet was filled with a pleasing combination of sweet and sour tastes, like a lemon drop or fresh fruit candy. The smoke was silky and smoked just like a cigar, evoking memories of the hashplant I had in Amsterdam. The joint burned white ashes the whole way, providing an excellent smoke experience. Suddenly, I was taken over by an intense, bumpy high, quickly sending me into a dreamy and relaxed state. Its Just like Bugsy (INDICA) | Backpack boyz
Strain THC Effects
Bumpy will quickly give you an electrifying sensation in your head, stimulating a heightened sense of creativity. As you’re thrown from one thought to the next, you’ll find yourself falling into a psychedelic state. If not properly monitored, this powerful experience may lead to an uncomfortable level of anxiety.
These intense effects, along with its highly potent 29-30% THC level, make Bumpy a fantastic remedy for a wide range of ailments such as chronic pain, depression, chronic stress, insomnia, and chronic fatigue.
These nugs are seriously dense, with hues of deep green to dark purple, studded with vibrant orange hairs here and there and covered with triches. Taking a whiff, the aroma is of spice, overlaid with a hint of mint. On closer inspection, the fragrance of a piney mint melds with spice and there is a delicate undertone of vanilla.
This strain doesn’t grind too well, leaving a slightly waxy coating on the fingertips, different from the finger hashy resin of quality weed. Inhaling delivers a slight harshness and on the exhale, spice and gas hit the palate.
The headchange is standard hybrid stuff – not bad but not especially strong. My first time smoking it, it had a heavier effect than usual – I just knocked right out. However, this hasn’t been my experience on subsequent occasions. High THC percentage doesn’t guarantee potency, as is evidenced by this strain. Though its terp profile is quite unique, it’s not worth $60 plus tax – I wouldn’t buy it again. My verdict – sorry Backpack Boyz, this one’s a miss for me.
